HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Lakeside Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
