HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Pine Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
