HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Amber Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
