HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Cincinnati with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
