HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Maple Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Virginia Beach, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
