HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Junction Auto Group is a Tampa company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
