HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Silverline Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 817 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
