HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Junction Community Partners Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
