HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
