HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Construction is a Richmond contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
