HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Keystone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Baltimore working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
