HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ashton Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
