HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Auto Group Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
