HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Quarry Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
