HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Solutions provides legal services in Oakland across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
