HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Nest Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
