HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Cross Health provides primary and specialty care in Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 388 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
