HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Quill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Sacramento focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We invest in training. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
