HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Keystone Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
