HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Stone Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 341 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
