HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bluepeak Quill Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Oakland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
