HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Rochester region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
