HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Umber Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
