HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Haven Insurance Group is an insurance company in Portland with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
