HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Forge Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 636 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
