HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Field Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Phoenix region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
