HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Timber Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
