HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Granite Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Madison. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
