HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Hospitality Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
