HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Ivory Civic Services Partners supports public agencies in Jackson with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
