HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
