HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bright Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
