HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Pike Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Denver and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 980 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
