HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
