HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Beacon Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
