HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Oak Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
