HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
