HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Pine Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
