HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Fern Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
