HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Union Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
