HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Ivory Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
