HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Mill Energy is an energy provider in Wichita focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
