HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Maple Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Atlanta. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
