HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
