HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
