HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Loom Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 687 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
