HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Sparrow Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
