HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Sable Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 356 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
