HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 998 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
