HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Oak Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
